The idea is to expand the 1 &1 product line by providing business users with a seamless way of accessing the combined applications such as e-mail, document creation and storage without ever having to leave the 1 & 1 website.
The integration
The 1 & 1 services allows users to store their data using an online storage service that works very much like a normal hard drive with drag-and-drop capabilities making it easy to organize files. Using the Zoho API, a range of file types including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, as well as pictures, PDFs and videos, can all be saved in the 2 GB of storage space that is included with the users' Online Office account. Sharing files is simplified through a unique link and access is easily secured using password protection. All documents are hosted on secured servers in 1&1’s state-of-the-art green data centers. Files are SSL encrypted and password protected to ensure their safety and client privacy.

Baihui distributes Zoho’s online collaborative productivity and business applications to users in China. The Zoho applications are re-branded and offered under the Baihui name. They are hosted by Baihui in a datacenter located in China. This allows Chinese users to enjoy faster access to Zoho's web applications when compared to accessing the same from datacenters located outside of China.
