Add Users for a Company

Add Project Users for a CompanyTop

Click on All Users tab present in Home.

To add a user for a company :

  1. In Company Users tab click on Add User
  2. This will open a user information dialog box
  3. Typein the email address of the user; choose a user role
  4. Select the projects you wish to add them
  5. If you wish you can add a personal note
  6. Click on Add User icon

This will provide access for the user for selected projects. You can add a user to multiple projects.

Add Client Users for a CompanyTop

To add a client for a company :

  1. In Company Clients tab click on Add User
  2. This will open a user information dialog box
  3. Keyin client company name
  4. Select the projects you wish to add for this client
  5. If you wish you can add more information click on More link
  6. Specify client details like web address, street, city, state, country and zip code
  7. Click on Add Client icon

This will provide access for the client user for selected projects. You can add a client user to multiple projects.

Send Message for UsersTop

To send a message for users :

  1. Click on Send Message link
  2. This will open a message dialog box
  3. Fill in a subject; Type your message
  4. Select the users whom you wish to send this message
  5. Click on Send Message icon

This will send the message for the selected users. By default a copy of the message will be delivered to you.
