Add Users for a Company
Add Project Users for a CompanyTop
Click on All Users tab present in Home.
To add a user for a company :
- In Company Users tab click on Add User
- This will open a user information dialog box
- Typein the email address of the user; choose a user role
- Select the projects you wish to add them
- If you wish you can add a personal note
- Click on Add User icon
This will provide access for the user for selected projects. You can add a user to multiple projects.
Add Client Users for a CompanyTop
To add a client for a company :
- In Company Clients tab click on Add User
- This will open a user information dialog box
- Keyin client company name
- Select the projects you wish to add for this client
- If you wish you can add more information click on More link
- Specify client details like web address, street, city, state, country and zip code
- Click on Add Client icon
This will provide access for the client user for selected projects. You can add a client user to multiple projects.
Send Message for UsersTop
To send a message for users :
- Click on Send Message link
- This will open a message dialog box
- Fill in a subject; Type your message
- Select the users whom you wish to send this message
- Click on Send Message icon
This will send the message for the selected users. By default a copy of the message will be delivered to you.
