Add, Edit and Delete a Task
Tracking tasks becomes a lot easier when you have all your team responsibilities of a project at a central location. You need not juggle around with multiple tasks instead Zoho Projects will remember and manage all the tasks on your behalf.
Add a TaskTop
- Click on Add Task link lined up in the bottom panel
- Type in the Task, select tasklist, assign owner, specify start & end date of your task
- Click on Add Task icon
If you wish to specify more details then make use of Show Advanced options.
This will list two extra options
- List box to select priority for your task
- Percentage completed for progress of a task
- A new task is added to your project
Edit a taskTop
- Hover on the task will show up edit icon

- Clicking on this icon will open up a dialog box with editable contents
- Make changes and saving it will show latest changes
Delete a taskTop
- Just hover on task and a alert message will get displayed
- Click on OK button. This will delete your task
