Add, Edit and Delete a Task

Tracking tasks becomes a lot easier when you have all your team responsibilities of a project at a central location. You need not juggle around with multiple tasks instead Zoho Projects will remember and manage all the tasks on your behalf.

Add a TaskTop

  1. Click on Add Task link lined up in the bottom panel
  2. Type in the Task, select tasklist, assign owner, specify start & end date of your task
  3. Click on Add Task icon

If you wish to specify more details then make use of Show Advanced options. This will list two extra options

  1. List box to select priority for your task
  2. Percentage completed for progress of a task
  3. A new task is added to your project
Add Tasks

Edit a taskTop

  1. Hover on the task will show up edit icon Edit
  2. Clicking on this icon will open up a dialog box with editable contents
  3. Make changes and saving it will show latest changes
Remove Tasks

Delete a taskTop

  1. Just hover on task and a alert message will get displayed
  2. Click on OK button. This will delete your task
