View issue detailsTop

  1. In Issues tab click on the subject of the issue.
  2. The following issue details page with complete details will be displayed

This will have the issue subject at the top. The links for attachment, screenshot and reply to the issue will be available immediately after the subject. The details of the issue such as Descriptions, Project, Module, Status, Severity, etc will also be displayed. You can edit the Owner of the issue, Status, Module, Issue Type if you have permission. Comments added for that issue will be displayed at the bottom.

  1. Click the issue Subject. The issue details page will be displayed.
  2. Select the Resolution tab. Resolution added to this issue will be listed.

  1. Click the issue Subject. The issue details page will be displayed
  2. Select the History tab. History added to that issue will be listed

View commentsTop

  1. Click the issue Subject. Now click the Comments tab, the following screen will be displayed
  2. Enter the comments and click Add. The comments will be added to the issue
  3. You can delete the comments added for a bug entry using delete link option.

View attachmentsTop

  1. Click the issue Subject. Now click the Attachments tab
  2. List of attachments added will get displayed
  3. You can also add attachments for this issue using browse option

Log work hours in timesheetTop

  1. In the issue details page click on Time Entry tab
  2. This will open up a Log hours dialog box
  3. Enter your working hours
  4. Specify the billable hours and click Add Hours icon
  5. Your work log with be updated to the timesheet
