Zoho Recruit is an easy-to-use Applicant Tracking System that helps staffing agencies and recruiting departments track job openings, resumes, candidates and contacts more quickly and efficiently. Zoho Recruit allows you to spend less time on the process and more time on what you do best: getting the right candidate.

Except for the Client and Contact management in the Staffing version all modules remain the same for both the versions.

Once you sign up for Zoho Recruit, you can choose between the two options that suits your needs:
1. Staffing Agencies and Idependent Recruiters - Comprehensive ATS for Staffing and Recruiting Agencies with Client and Contact Management
2. HR Departments - Complete internal recruitment solution with candidate tracking

Once you have selected the module, it is not possible to switch between the modules.

Zoho Recruit supports Internet Explorer 7 and above, Mozilla Firefox 3 and above, and Google Chrome

Zoho Recruit works in Safari, but extensive testing is not done yet.

Currently Zoho Recruit doesn't support other languages other than English. It will be in our future updates.

In My Account page you can view/change your personal information, password, contacts, groups, email id's, preferences, security question, etc.

To go to My Account:

1. Sign into Zoho Recruit
2. Click My Account located on the upper right corner.

Now you can view/change your account information.

You can change the password of all Zoho Services in Zoho Accounts.

To change password:

1. Sign into Zoho Recruit.
2. Click My Account located on the upper right corner.
3. Click on Password.
4. In the Password page, specify your Existing Password, New Password in the corresponding fields.
5. Click on Save

The new password gets updated and applicable for all Zoho Services.

Yes, you can upgrade from Free Edition to Standard Edition without losing any data.

Zoho Recruit allows you to export and take a backup of all your data in a few simple steps. You can export all your data in different formats like xls, csv and tsv, and the attachments in Zip file.

To export data:

1. Click on the [Module] tab.
2. In the [Module] homepage, on the right panel, click on Export [Module].
3. Select a format and click "Click here to download" link. Download the attachments in Zip file.

The records are saved in your local machine.

Note: You can export a maximum of 1000 records at a time.
